IA SEFA. Multi-agent tax intelligence in a Brazilian state.

A multi-agent system operating inside a state finance secretariat. Technical and strategic leadership; architecture designed in partnership with Instituto Publix and co-executed with Gerzianni Dórea.

The real challenge wasn't building the agents. It was building an auditable system, integrable with existing public processes, that respects the constraints of a regulated environment. Fourteen months. It is in production. The architectural migration is underway.

This is the case that matters most in my work today. It's public, it's tax-related, it's real.

AI implementation in a regulated food operation.

Program leadership. Seven work fronts integrated into the client's operation, with an authorized LGPD stack and an incident notification protocol aligned with ANVISA right from the contract.

The point isn't the tool. It's AI entering a real operation with legal and data governance embedded in the foundation, not as an afterthought. A domain where compliance is not optional.

Method authorship and training. Process → Agent → Multi-Agent → System. A structure that takes what I build in production and transforms it into repertoire for decision-makers — without turning into a tool catalog.

Applied in an immersion for CIOs and technology directors of a state secretariat. It's not deck theory: it's the map that organizes how a technical leader starts thinking in systems.
